How a contract works
We survey the site once, agree what needs doing and how often, and put it on a schedule. Each visit is recorded, so when an insurer, landlord or environmental health officer asks, the record is there. Emergencies between visits go to the same 24/7 number and the same two owners.
Working around your hours
Kitchens are jetted before service, car parks and forecourts overnight, washrooms before opening. We do not make you close to keep your drains running.

Can you work outside our opening hours?
Yes. Most commercial jetting happens before opening or after close, and car parks and forecourts overnight.
Do you provide reports?
Yes. Jetting visits are recorded, and CCTV surveys come with a WinCan report to MSCC5 that landlords, insurers and environmental health accept.
What areas do you cover for contracts?
Longford, the Midlands and Dublin on regular schedules; nationwide and Northern Ireland by arrangement.
Do you handle grease traps?
Yes, emptying and waste removal, paired with jetting of the line downstream on the same visit.
