Clean drains do not block.
Maintaining a drainage system is the part of property upkeep most people skip until it costs them. Blockages build slowly: grease sets, silt settles, scale narrows the bore, and one day nothing passes. Regular jetting clears the pipe back to its full diameter and stops the emergency before it happens.
We carry a range of jetting equipment suited to different pipe sizes and materials, from 100 mm house drains to commercial mains. Mechanical methods and high-pressure jetting together handle grease, silt, wipes, limescale, concrete, stone, tree roots and anything else that gathers in a drain.
Where jetting earns its keep
- Restaurant and hotel kitchens with grease-bound lines
- Apartment blocks and shared drains
- Car parks, yards and surface water systems
- Pipes with scale or root growth ahead of relining
- Any drain that has blocked more than once
Maintenance schedules
For commercial kitchens, landlords and property managers we set up a recurring jetting schedule, monthly, quarterly or as needed, so the drains are cleaned before they cause a problem and there is a record of it for your files.

How it works
How a jetting visit works.
Assess
We look at the pipe size, material and what it carries, and pick the unit and head to suit.
Access
Through the nearest chamber or gully, never through your floors.
Jet
High-pressure water cuts and flushes the build-up down to the sewer.
Check
A camera confirms a clean bore, and we recommend an interval if it needs a schedule.

How often should a restaurant drain be jetted?
Most kitchens need it quarterly; a busy fryer-heavy kitchen monthly. We look at the line on camera and set an interval that keeps it clear, not one that pads the invoice.
Will jetting damage old clay pipes?
Not at the right pressure. We match the unit and head to the pipe. Where a pipe is already fractured we tell you, because jetting can reveal what a blockage was hiding.
Can you jet from inside the building?
Yes. The portable electric units work indoors and in basements where the van cannot reach.
Do you do surface water and yard drains?
Yes. Car parks, yards, gullies and storm systems, including silt and leaf build-up.
