What counts as an emergency
- Waste water coming up through a shore, gully or manhole
- A blocked toilet in a home with one bathroom
- Sewage backing up into a bath, shower or sink
- A restaurant or shop kitchen that cannot trade
- A wet room, basement or floor drain flooding
What happens when you ring
You tell us what is happening and where you are. We tell you the price and when the van will be there. The operator arrives with van-mounted and portable jetters, mechanical machines and a camera, clears the line, checks the flow, and cleans and sanitises the area. If the blockage points to a defect we tell you plainly and give you a price to fix it later, not tonight.
While you wait
- Stop running water and stop flushing. Every litre has nowhere to go.
- Keep children and pets away from any overflow.
- If you can safely lift a chamber lid, leave it on. We will do that.
- Move anything you value off the floor near the affected drain.

More than a weekday visit, and we tell you the exact figure before the van leaves. There is no hourly meter and no surprise on the invoice.

Longford, the Midlands and Dublin: usually within hours. Elsewhere we give you an honest time on the call.
Is the overflow dangerous?
Sewage carries bacteria, so keep people and pets away and do not try to clear it yourself. We sanitise the area when the drain is running again.
